MGt ensures Racing UK maintains winning form

Racing UK contracts MGt to handle TV and Broadband Subscriptions.
Racing UK has outsourced its first-line customer support and subscription management services to billing software and customer management specialists MGt.
Previously customers subscribed to Racing UK as part of the Setanta Sports package on Sky, however the demise of Setanta Sports in the UK meant MGt had to move quickly to help re-establish Racing UK as a stand alone service in its own right. Subsequently since August 2009, customers have been subscribing to the channel - via MGt’s systems – directly.
Racing UK is outsourcing its frontline customer relationship management operation to MGt, the move enables Racing UK to provide a continued high quality subscriber experience, increase operational flexibility, and have the ability to offer customers access to their broadband viewing option as part of their package.
MGt, the leading support services provider to the digital TV and broadcast industry, will be a first point of contact for new and existing Racing UK customers. MGt has deployed a complete subscription management solution, utilising a full suite of front and back office services. The solution delivered to Racing UK is underpinned by MGt’s Service Delivery Platform, which seamlessly handles the complete customer and revenue lifecycle from sales, service and provisioning through to billing and logistics across multiple customer interfaces
