We offer a complete service, from order processing through to credit control, billing and collections as well as comprehensive reporting for the ultimate provision of a singe view of the customer.
Subscription and micropayments management: our CRM system Profile effectively handles various subscriptions, from single subscription packages of varied frequency through to bundled packages and pay-per-event transactions. Our innovative payment solution, PayWizard, is a fully functioning Payment Gateways managing standard payment processing, but it also has a pre-paid e-wallet capability that enables micropayment transactions as part of a more sophisticated platform. The commercially attractive transaction rates offered by PayWizard allow profitable micropayments to be offered at price points well below those in the media market place today.
Credit control: we can provide each client with a unique credit control cycle and manage the credit control process according to a client's business rules.
Sales order processing: through Profile we are able to charge for all types of pay and transactional services as well as process sales from stock, incrementally updating the inventory in real time. MGt can process most payment types including cheques, credit cards, debit cards and postal orders.
Revenue collection: providing multi-currency payment options and handling a variety of payment methods, including debit and credit cards, cheques and postal orders, MGt conducts all billing and collections dependent on credit checks and verification on behalf of our customers. We process periodic billing and payments on a daily basis, and manage the processing of payment failures as an automated or manual process.
Reporting: MGt conducts daily banking reconciliation and can provide clients with over 60 detailed financial reports on a monthly basis as well as various behavioural and transactional consumer reports as and when required.
