MGt provides the facility to fulfil online orders, including the payment processing through online authorisation of credit/debit card payments and validation of direct debit banking details. Integrated with our CRM system, Profile™, we are also able to print and despatch credit control letters, where required. The requirements for these, along with the necessary data, are transmitted automatically to the fulfilment team for actioning. When generated, a record of the letter is automatically stored against the customer.
