We have installed the Cisco IP IVR solution, providing a self-service environment to customers, allowing them to procure services and information quickly and easily, at a time convenient to them. MGt's IVR system is based on an "open standards" model, which has enabled integrations with internal databases as well as credit card/direct debit validation and authorisation systems. The IVR has also been configured to transfer calls to a live agent should the customer wish to speak directly to a customer sales representative. |
